Web Database Programmer / E-Commerce Specialist

Description: We are currently looking for a web database expert to help us with our increasingly larger data-driven projects and e-commerce sites. The ideal candidate should know all about the web, dynamic page generation, open source and brand databases as well as shopping cart integration using a variety of pre-made products.

If you would like this job you need you have great people-skills and must be designer-friendly... what this means is that you must be willing to work in an environment where not everybody understands your craft but is always very willing to learn. Being able to communicate is absolutely crucial for this position.

The position is available on a contracting basis. So, you get paid per project after we agree upon a good and fair compensation.

Required Skills:

• PHP
• Perl
• CGI
• MySQL
• Microsoft Access
• HTML
• ASP
• Misc. E-Commerce products (Softcart, Miva, Yahoo!, etc.)

Would be Nice:

• Dreamweaver
• A bit of Photoshop
• Secure Certificate Integration
• Misc. scripting abilities (CGI and JavaScript related mostly)
